When will my subscription box ship?

We work to ship each monthly box between the 2nd-4th of each month. If you’ve signed up between the 16th-31st of the prior month, you should receive the next monthly box when it ships.

Can I pick my specific scents?

The Candle of the Month Club was designed for the adventurous candle-lover who wants a totally unique scent experience each month. We create a custom scent for each monthly edition of the Candle of the Month Club and do not currently offer scent selection.

What if I don’t like something I receive in my subscription box?

While we hope you’ll love every monthly scent, we realize noses have their own unique taste and realize there may be a month that doesn’t strike your fancy. When that happens, we hope you’ll share the candle wealth with another scent lover in your life!

How do I update my payment information?

You can make updates to your payment information or address at any time by logging in to your Account page.

Can I get a refund on my subscription?

Given the limited scent run and hand-crafted nature of our candle products, we are unable to refund a monthly subscription that has already been rebilled. If you are having an issue, please reach out to our Customer Support at info@wixwaxcandle.com.

What if I decide I no longer want to receive my subscription?

We hope that everyone is happy as a monthly club member, but understand if things change or you need to take a break.

You can manage your subscription including pausing or canceling from your Account page. Subscription renewals that have already been processed on the 15th will be canceled the following month.
