When will my subscription box ship?
We work to ship each box within 5 days of your initial purchase date and rebill date each month. ie. If you purchase your box on the 10th, we will work to ship your box by the 15th. Each month, you will be rebilled on the 10th and your box will be shipped by the 15th.
Can I pick my specific scents?
We want you to LOVE your scents, which is why we’ve made our subscriptions available with the option to choose your favorite scent family. This helps us to get creative with each monthly theme, and still ensure you’re happy with the scents you receive. We are unable to customize each individual product within your subscription.
What if I don’t like something I receive in my subscription box?
While we hope you’ll love everything, sometimes a scent just isn’t your jam. We encourage you to share the scent wealth and give it to a friend or family member who you think will love it.
How do I update my payment information?
You can make updates to your payment information or address at any time by logging in to your Account page.
Can I get a refund on my subscription?
Given the handmade nature of our subscription box items, we are unable to refund a monthly subscription that has already been rebilled. If you are having an issue, please reach out to our Customer Support at info@wixwaxcandle.com.
What if I decide I no longer want to receive my subscription?
We hope that everyone finds their subscription scent-sational, but understand if things change or you need to take a break.Â
You can manage your subscription including pausing or canceling from your Account page. Subscription renewals that have already been processed on the 15th will be canceled the following month.
